ArtStream’s Anniversary Gala - Lights Up on 20 Years! is a joyful evening of celebration, community, and impact. Guests will experience live performances, dinner, a silent auction, exciting raffles, dancing, and powerful stories from ArtStream actors and Teaching Artists.
Volunteer Opportunity Description
There are plenty of ways to get involved! Volunteer opportunities include guest check-in and registration, silent auction assistance, ushering, help with décor and table setup, photography support, and more.
Other Important Information
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Shift times available:
Before the event: 12:00pm - 4:30pm
During the event: 4:30pm - 10:00pm
After the event: 9:30pm - 11:00pm
Volunteers will need to attend at least two brief online meetings starting in August, as well as one on-site walk-through briefing by mid-September to review assignments, event flow, and protocols.
